Jennifer has over 20 years of customer service experience and 10 years of business administration experience. She believes that having open communication and consistency is the key to building successful business relationships. She knows clients need to have a sense of security and aims to ensure that with timely communication between clients and technicians.

She also really loves her cat, reading fluffy novels and general fiber crafting!

With over 20 years of residential construction, maintenance and jobsite management experience, "Doty" (as he is known to his friends and colleagues) knows the workings of a house from the footings to the ridgecap.  He uses his knowledge of residential construction to provide clients with expedient services that eliminate the need for multiple contractors and unexpected client wait times. 

He enjoys learning new things and overcoming challenges to revel in the win. He also doesn't like his picture taken and can't make a very good mean face, but he tried for this work photo.
